Questions about the Men's Foray Dry Suit
Does the Foray have an overskirt or tunnel?
No. The Foray is built for rafters, paddleboarders, packrafters and crews who do not need a double tunnel or kayak overskirt. It closes at the waist with a buckle belt instead.
Is the Foray waterproof?
Yes. The Eclipse fabric is waterproof and breathable, and the suit uses latex neck and wrist gaskets, built-in socks and a TIZIP front-entry zipper.
Can the gaskets be repaired?
Yes. NRS updated the gasket material and construction on the Men's Foray for a drier, more comfortable fit that is easier to repair than earlier designs. The latex neck and wrist gaskets sit under Glideskin neoprene overcuffs that protect them. Contact us for repair help.
How do I choose a size?
Start with your height on the chart, then check chest, waist and hip. The G- sizes keep the L or XL height, sleeve and inseam with a larger chest, waist and hip.
Is the Foray Dry Suit flame resistant?
No. It is water rescue and paddling gear. It is not flame resistant, is not structural firefighting PPE and is not NFPA 1971 certified, so keep it off the fireground and away from high heat.
