    Size & spec

    We size your members at your station, roster in hand. Then we build your spec (patch placement, lettering and colors) and send a proof for your approval.

    Built in our shop

    Every order travels from sewing to heat press to embroidery in our Lexington shop, and each station checks it against your approved spec and signs off.

    Delivered & tracked

    Each member's order is bagged and labeled, then shipped with tracking. If anything is back-ordered, we email you the date it ships and keep you posted until it does.

A private online store built around your uniform policy. Members order only approved items, already set up with your patches and lettering, and you control who gets what.

  • Approved items only. Your catalog, colors and placements, set up once.
  • Allotments per member. Budgets or item allowances by position, with members seeing their balance.
  • Name & rank built in. Members pick their rank and name, so production gets the exact spec.
  • PO & invoice billing. Order on your PO, with invoices and statements in your online account.

Questions agencies ask

How fast can you turn around custom shirts?

Custom shirts can ship in as little as 7 days once you approve the proof. Larger department refits are scheduled with you up front. If an item is back-ordered from the manufacturer, we email you its ship date right away.

What artwork files can you use?

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) give the sharpest embroidery and lettering. A high-resolution PNG works too. If all you have is a photo of a patch, send it and we will work from there.

Can members order on their own and bill the department?

Yes. With an agency uniform store, each member orders approved items against their allotment, and orders bill to your department PO. You see who ordered what.

We already have a uniform vendor. Is switching hard?

No. Send us a finished uniform or your current spec. We will match it, proof it for your approval and set up your store, so your members keep the same look.

Do you engrave nameplates and badges?

Yes. We engrave nameplates and badges with name, rank and number, in the finish your department wears, and can add them to every member’s order.

How do I track an order?

You get tracking when it ships. Back-ordered items show their expected ship date on your order online and in an email from us, and we stay on it until they ship.
