Returns: Free, No-Hassle, Easy Within 30 Days!

If you don't like it, we will return it within 30 days of the purchase and issue a refund. It's that simple. Free returns means no restock fee. Simply return your unworn, like new product to our warehouse and we will replace, refund or exchange the product at your request. Call 1-800-646-1086 in order to get an RMA number or you can fill out the Contact Us Form and we will respond with specific instructions.

Your items must in the original packaging. We will reject a return if it is not in new condition. Returns are RARE. If you have a problem. We will fix it. It's that simple! You are responsible for the original shipping cost on the first order, and the return shipping to send it back to us.

Some Rookie Rules to live by:

  • As we say above - if there is a problem, we will fix it. Rest assured that we will go to great lengths to make things right. If we mess up, we fix it. Period.
  • All returns MUST be unused, unworn, like new items that have no signs of abuse, use or wear & tear.
  • When the return is received, we will process as soon as possible, usually within 2-4 business days. The refund will be in the same method of payment as the original order.
  • Any return that is outside of the 30 day window will only receive a store credit.
  • We gladly accept exchanges. You will be responsible for the shipping charge on the exchange order.
  • Returns will NOT have original shipping charges refunded.
  • Any item marked "final sale", "factory seconds", or "sold as is" is ineligible for a return or exchange. This is typically noted in the description on the item
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • No returns on custom items unless obvious defect (embroidery, screen printing, leather helmets with custom name stamps, custom collar brass, etc.)
