Eligible Products

In most cases, unused items in new condition may be returned. Items must be in 100% resellable condition, with original and undamaged packaging.

We gladly accept returns for personal purchases that are non-bulk and fall under normal usage.

When returning an item, we strongly recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking information for your protection.
A restocking fee may apply in certain circumstances.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

For items covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly after 30 days of purchase.

Nonreturnable Products

  • No Clearance Items
  • No Customized Items (Helmets, Custom Lightbars, Helmet Fronts, Costumes, Custom Badges & Collar Brass, Other customized items)
  • Class A Coat and Pants (these items are built to order)
  • No items that have been installed (Headlight flashers, vehicle lighting, sirens & speakers, etc.)
  • No items that have been used, tags removed, no packaging, etc.
  • Items with expired date (this includes any and all medical / ems equipment)
  • We do not return bulk, wholesale or custom items (See bulk purchase clarification below)

What is a Bulk Purchase?

A bulk purchase refers to any order that includes a large quantity of the same item or a large overall order value intended for group, agency, or departmental use.
Examples include:

  • Orders placed for multiple personnel within a department or agency (typically 10+ of the same product or size range).

  • Large custom or special-order items (such as uniforms, apparel, equipment, or accessories made to order).

  • Items purchased at discounted “bulk” pricing or through contract pricing.

Bulk and special-order purchases are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
This policy allows us to maintain competitive pricing, manage inventory effectively, and ensure custom and large-quantity orders meet agency needs without interruption.

Returns: Free, No-Hassle, Easy Within 30 Days!

If you don't like it, we will return it within 30 days of the purchase and issue a refund. It's that simple. Simply return your unworn, like new product to our warehouse and we will exchange, replace, offer store credit, or refund the product at your request.

Your items must in the original packaging, tags intact. We will reject a return if it is not in new condition. Returns are RARE. If you have a problem. We will fix it. It's that simple! You are responsible for the original shipping cost on the first order, and the return shipping to send it back to us.

  • Exchanges - Where appropriate, we will first try an exchange for a different size, or a same-style product from a different brand. We would like to make sure that you get taken care of.

  • Store Credit - For most Returns, we would prefer to offer a Store Credit towards a different purchase on our website. This will be saved on your account and will auto-apply to any future website orders so that it is super-easy to redeem!

  • Payment Refund - Of course Returns for Refunds are available. We hope that we will have had the opportunity to be able to resolve any issues that you've had with your order. In some cases a restock fee will apply.

Some Rookie Rules to live by:

  • As we say above - if there is a problem, we will fix it. Rest assured that we will go to great lengths to make things right. If we mess up, we fix it. Period.
  • All returns MUST be unused, unworn, like new items that have no signs of abuse, use or wear & tear. Product packaging must be complete, no torn off tags, etc.
  • When the return is received, we will process as soon as possible, usually within 2-4 business days. The refund will be in the same method of payment as the original order.
  • Any approved return that is outside of the 30 day window will only receive a store credit. Reviewed on a case by case basis.
  • We gladly accept exchanges. You will be responsible for the shipping charge on the exchange order.
  • Returns will NOT have original shipping charges refunded.
  • Any item marked "final sale", "factory seconds", or "sold as is" is ineligible for a return or exchange. This is typically noted in the description on the item
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • No returns on custom items unless obvious defect (embroidery, screen printing, leather helmets with custom name stamps, custom badges, or collar brass, etc.)

Chargebacks

Credit card chargebacks are a tool used when the merchant has made a fruadulant charge to your card without your authorization. Customers will be assessed a $50 chargeback fee if it is determined that you filed a chargeback without first requesting a reasonable resolution from us. 

Plain Language: We are here to serve you. We will work to reasonably resolve any ordering, backorder or return situation that would occur. If you don't give us this chance and file a chargeback as one of your initial attempts to resolve an issue - we will bill you for it. We are here to serve our amazing community of customers.
