How do I contact you if I have a question or a problem with my order?

You can contact us 24 hours a day 7 days a week with any questions or problems with your order. Most companies say they respond quickly but we are sitting in some corner of our offices hitting the refresh button on our email. That means it gets answered really fast. CONTACT US Now

Where will my order ship from?
Unless drop shipped, your order will be shipped from our facilities in Lexington, KY 40505. If ordered earlier during the day shipments go out same day as most of the items we sell we stock in our warehouse facilities. If for some reason your order is back ordered you will get an email saying so. We try to keep what we sell in stock, but in this industry it is extremely difficult and expensive to do so.

Do you do special orders or government quotes?
Yes. In fact, most of the time, we can get any product from any manufacture in the public safety field. Just because we don't have it listed on our webstore yet, doesn't mean we can't get it to your door! Government municipalities are encouraged to contact us as well as we have a proven track record when dealing with government accounts.

Can I get a catalog in the mail?
At this time, we do not have a print catalog. It is however in it's early development stages. Look for it to come within the next year.

I am nervous about ordering online, can I call to place an order?

How long does it take to ship orders?
Many orders ship same day. Others ship within 48 hours and if an item is back ordered, it will ship as soon as it arrives to our facilities. We have partnered with some of America's largest companies. Occasionally, we may ship direct from the factory. All of these factories are located in the United States.

Do you have a retail store?
Yes! We do! Come visit us at our retail showroom and warehouse. The address is located on our About Us page. Contact Us to see if we will be in your town soon with a fire school or our mobile showroom.
