Maxpedition started in Los Angeles in 2003, taking military-grade MOLLE design into everyday gear, and its first customers were US armed forces and SWAT teams. Its pouches use water and abrasion resistant ballistic nylon with a triple polyurethane coating, and they mount to PALS webbing with Maxpedition TacTie straps.
