Sizes & options
Sizes: S, M, L, XL, 2XL, G-L, G-XL, G-2XL. Colors: Red, Safety Yellow. Our 2XL and G-2XL are the XXL and G-XXL rows on the chart.
The G- sizes keep the height, sleeve and inseam of the matching L, XL or XXL but add room through the chest, waist and hip (53–63 inches), so a larger-build rescuer gets a suit that fits without excess length. All measurements are body measurements in inches; dry sock sizes are men's U.S. shoe sizes.

Questions about the Ascent SAR GORE-TEX Dry Suit
How is the Ascent SAR GORE-TEX different from the Ascent SAR?
Both use neoprene neck and wrist seals, padding, SOLAS tape and badge patches. The GORE-TEX version uses a GORE-TEX Pro shell with a PFAS-free ePE membrane, adds Cordura at the elbows and adds hook-and-loop overcuffs at the wrists; the standard Ascent SAR uses 3-layer Triton fabric.
Does it have latex gaskets?
No. The neck is cinchable neoprene and the wrists are GlideSkin neoprene for a less constricting, nearly watertight seal, chosen for comfort on extended missions.
Can we add department patches?
Yes. Hook-and-loop patches on the shoulders are designed for attaching department badges.
Is the Ascent SAR GORE-TEX flame resistant?
No. The Ascent SAR GORE-TEX is water rescue and paddling gear. It is not flame resistant, is not structural firefighting PPE and is not NFPA 1971 certified, so keep it away from fire and high heat.
What are the G- sizes?
G-L, G-XL and G-2XL keep the height, sleeve and inseam of the L, XL and XXL but add room through the chest, waist and hip (53–63 inches). Check the chart, or contact us to size a whole team.
Where can I buy the NRS Ascent SAR GORE-TEX Dry Suit?
