Description:
A stiff, made-in-the-USA nylon carry belt that fits to the quarter inch. The Kore Essentials USA Made Tactical Nylon EDC Belt pairs US-made nylon webbing with a reinforced center and a hidden ratchet track, so it holds a load of everyday gear without sagging and adjusts in seconds without unbuckling. It is built for people who carry gear on the belt every day, inside or outside the waistband. Choose your webbing color and any of 25 buckles; see all Kore 1.5" EDC belts.
Features
- 1.5" wide, 5mm thick: a standard belt width that fits most pant loops and works for IWB, OWB or appendix carry.
- Rated up to 10 lbs: stiff enough to carry a heavy load of gear without sagging.
- Hidden ratchet track, no holes: 40+ positions in 1/4" increments, so you can loosen it after a meal or snug it up for a long day without taking the belt off.
- US-made nylon webbing: Kore rates the outer web to 500 lbs, backed by a Super Fiber inner layer for strength and durability.
- Power-Core™ reinforced center: adds stiffness and support through the length of the belt.
- Gorilla Edge™ construction: helps the edges resist fraying.
- Made in the USA: the belt strap is manufactured in the USA with US and imported materials.
- Interchangeable: works with any Kore 1.5" EDC buckle or belt strap, so you can change the look later.
How to choose
- Buckle: every buckle here (X Series X1 through X13, and the Western Bull, Cowboy, Star, Rodeo, Flag, Bison and Horse buckles) fits the same 1.5" strap. Kore says the only difference between buckle models is style; the ratchet works the same. Pick the look you like. Most X Series buckles are zinc alloy at about 4.8 oz; X4 Stainless Steel is solid stainless; X11 Black and X12 Black are aluminum at 1.6 oz for the lightest option. Browse them all in Kore belt buckles.
- Color: solid Black, Coyote, Gray, Green or Tan 499, or a camo pattern: MultiCam, MultiCam Arid, MultiCam Black, MultiCam Tropic, Desert Digital, Desert Tiger Stripe, A-TACS iX or Flecktarn.
- Size: one size, Regular (24"-54"). You cut it to your waist; see below.
Sizing: measure before you cut
| Size option | Fits waist |
|---|---|
| Regular (24"-54") | 24"-54" |
- Find your pant size using the ruler markings printed on the back of the belt.
- Add 4 inches to your pant size if you wear your gear outside the waistband (OWB), or 6 inches if you wear it inside the waistband (IWB). Example: with a 34 inch pant size, cut at the 38 inch mark for OWB or the 40 inch mark for IWB. Use a sharp pair of scissors.
- Loosen the two set screws on the back of the buckle with the included wrench and push the cut end of the belt all the way into the toothed receptacle.
- Clamp the teeth down firmly first, then gently tighten the set screws until they sit flush. Don't tighten the screws before the teeth are closed, and don't overtighten them.
- Put the belt on, feeding it left to right through the buckle, and ratchet it snug. The tip should reach about 3 inches past your first belt loop.
If your pant size is close to the top of the size range, do not cut. Try the belt on first, then trim.
Cut belts can't be returned or exchanged, so measure twice and cut once. See our return policy.

Questions about the USA Made Tactical Nylon EDC Belt
What size Kore USA Made Tactical Belt should I order?
There is one size, Regular, which fits waists from 24 to 54 inches. You cut it at home: add 4 inches to your pant size if you wear your gear outside the waistband, or 6 inches inside the waistband, then trim. If your pant size is near 54 inches, try the belt on before cutting.
Can I swap buckles later?
Yes. Loosen the two set screws, slide the strap out and install any Kore 1.5" EDC buckle. This belt is not compatible with Kore Q Series, Ranch Series, Competition, Garrison, Battle or Duty buckles.
How stiff is the nylon belt compared with Kore leather belts?
Kore says its tactical nylon belts are about twice as stiff as its leather EDC belts. Because they are stiff, a tip keeper is included to hold the belt tip flat against your pants.
Is the USA Made Tactical Nylon EDC Belt covered by a warranty?
Yes. Kore Essentials backs it with a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects under normal use. Cosmetic wear, such as scratches, scuffs or fraying, is not covered. We're an authorized Kore Essentials dealer, so contact us and we'll help with the claim.
