Description:
A stiff tactical nylon ratchet belt in 13 camo patterns. The Kore Essentials 1.5" camo tactical belt is one of Kore's EDC belts, built for people who carry a real load every day and want a belt that fits exactly. Choose a buckle and pattern, then cut it to your size at home.
Features
- 1.5" wide, 5mm thick tactical nylon: sized for EDC and worn IWB, OWB or appendix.
- Stiffer than leather: a nylon web outer layer rated to 500 lbs, a Power-Core™ reinforced center and a super-fiber inner liner carry up to 10 lbs of gear without sagging.
- Hidden ratchet track, no holes: a 10" track with 40+ positions in 1/4" steps for an exact fit all day.
- 13 camo patterns: match your field gear, outdoor kit or everyday style.
- Belt keeper included: the stiff tactical strap comes with a keeper that holds the tip flat against your pants.
- Interchangeable buckles: every buckle option fits the same 1.5" strap. Add a spare from Kore buckles or another strap from straps and keepers.
How to choose
- Buckle: all buckles fit the same 1.5" strap and work the same way; only the style and finish change. Choose an X Series buckle (X1 to X13) for a modern look or a Western buckle (Bull, Cowboy, Flag, Rodeo, Star) for a ranch look.
- Color: pick your pattern: Frog Skin Camo, Splatter Camo, MultiCam, MultiCam Arid, MultiCam Black, MultiCam Tropic, Chip Camo, Desert DPM, Flecktarn, M81 Woodland, Tiger Stripe, Topo 2026 and Digital Camo.
- Size: one size, Regular (24"-54"), that you cut to fit. See the sizing steps below.
Sizing: measure before you cut
| Size option | Fits waist |
|---|---|
| Regular (24"-54") | 24 to 54 inches |
- Find your pant size using the ruler marks printed on the back of the belt.
- Add for how you wear it. Add 4 inches to your pant size if you wear your gear outside the waistband (OWB), or 6 inches if you wear it inside the waistband (IWB). Example: a 34 inch pant size means cutting at the 38 inch mark for OWB or the 40 inch mark for IWB. Cut cleanly with sharp scissors.
- Attach the buckle. Back out the 2 set screws on the back of the buckle with the included wrench, then push the cut end all the way into the toothed side of the buckle.
- Lock it in. Clamp the teeth down firmly first, then snug the set screws until they sit flush. Do not tighten the screws before the teeth are closed, and do not overtighten them.
- Check the fit. Thread the belt left to right through your loops and the buckle and ratchet it snug. The tip should reach about 3 inches past your first belt loop. Slide the included belt keeper over the tip to keep it flat.
If your pant size is close to the top of the size range, do not cut. Try the belt on first, then trim.
Cut belts can't be returned or exchanged, so measure twice and cut once. See our return policy.

Questions about the Kore camo tactical belt
How much gear can the camo tactical belt carry?
Kore rates its 1.5" tactical nylon belts for up to 10 lbs of total gear. The nylon web outer layer is rated to 500 lbs, and the reinforced core keeps the belt stiff under load.
Is the tactical nylon belt stiffer than the leather version?
Yes. Kore builds the tactical belts stiffer and more rigid than its leather belts so they can carry heavier loads and more gear. That stiffness is why a belt keeper is included to hold the tip down.
What size camo belt should I order?
It comes in one size, Regular (24"-54"). Add 4 inches to your pant size for OWB or 6 inches for IWB and cut at that mark. If your number is near 54 inches, try it on before you cut.
Can I change the buckle on my camo belt?
Yes. Any Kore 1.5" EDC buckle fits. Loosen the 2 set screws, open the teeth, swap the buckle and tighten it back down. These buckles do not fit Kore fashion belts, and fashion buckles do not fit this strap.
Is the Kore camo tactical belt covered by a warranty?
Yes. Kore backs it with a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects under normal use. Cosmetic wear such as scratches, scuffs or fraying is not covered. We are an authorized Kore Essentials dealer, so contact us and we will handle the claim for you.
Where can I buy the Kore Essentials 1.5" camo tactical nylon EDC belt?
