The Men's Tactix Hi-Vis Parka Outer Shell (Style 118522) is a waterproof, fully seam-sealed hi-vis shell built with ANSI/ISEA approved fabric and 3M® Scotchlite® reflective trims for public safety professionals working in hazardous conditions. First Tactical lists it with its fleece-lined, 4-way stretch softshell liner, and ours comes with that liner, so you get rain protection and a warm layer in one.
