- Pit zips and side zip: vent heat fast and reach your duty belt without opening the front.
- Detachable hood: First Tactical rain gutter design keeps water off your face, and moldable wire shapes the brim.
- Plenty of pockets: two horizontal zip chest pockets, two vertical zip hand pockets and an internal hook and loop chest pocket.
- Detachable pull-out panels: at the chest pockets and back yoke.

How is the Monsoon different from the Tactix System Parka?
The Monsoon is a single-layer stretch rain parka with pit zips and a side zip. The Tactix 3-in-1 System Parka pairs a waterproof nylon shell with a zip-in fleece-lined softshell for cold weather.
Does the Monsoon have a liner?
No. First Tactical does not list a zip-in liner for the Monsoon. Layer a fleece or softshell underneath when it is cold.
