Features
- 300 Tri-Fold restraints: straps fold in three places for compact storage, then open to wide loops for fast application.
- Safe, secure strap: extra-wide with smooth edges, running through a fully enclosed ratchet block with a shim guard to prevent picking.
- Fast to tighten: use the included molded pull ring, then squeeze the secondary compression lock buttons for added security.
- 25 Scarab cutters: compact cutters with a guarded blade made to remove disposable restraints safely.
- 25 Tri-Fold and Scarab cases: each holds two folded restraints plus a cutter and attaches with the Snap-Loc clip to duty or dress belts, or MOLLE.
- Refill supply: enough Tri-Folds to fill and refill the included cases a dozen times.
