- Cutter cannot be used against you: compound leverage design, made for disposable restraints.
- Snap-Loc belt loop: attaches anywhere on the belt without threading or unthreading other duty gear.
- Indexed slide track and bar: adjusts to common duty and dress belt widths, or MOLLE gear.
- Split ring on the cutter: when the Scarab is out of the case, attach it to a keyring or tactical bag.
What is in the box
You get the case and a Scarab Cutter. Add your own Tri-Fold restraints, such as a 2-Pak, from the ASP handcuff cases category or the restraints category. The belt loop is adjustable, so you can move the case between belts and gear.
Made in China.
