SMC Rescue Pulleys, Descenders & Rigging

SMC pulleys run from the 1.9 oz CRx2, small enough for a PFD pocket, to the 3 inch PMP rated NFPA G for General Use. The 2 inch Swiftwater Pulley has drilled side plates that help cut hydroplaning in current, and the Apex Swivel Pulley goes on midline with one hand. Most have prusik-minding side plates for progress capture.

The Origin 8 rigging plate is NFPA G certified with a 50 kN minimum breaking strength, and the Mountaineering 8 handles 8 to 12.5 mm rope. Add SMC Force carabiners, or go back to the SMC brand page.
