Questions about the quarter zip fleece job shirt
Is the Propper fleece job shirt flame resistant?
No. Propper makes no flame-resistance claim for it. It is not flame-resistant (FR) apparel, is not NFPA certified, and is not PPE or turnout gear. Wear it for station duties and cold-weather work, not firefighting.
How warm is it?
It is made of 7.7 oz 100% polyester fleece with a fleece-lined collar and ribbed cuffs and hem that seal in warmth. Add a shell over it for wind and rain.
Does it have a place for a radio mic?
Yes. Mic clips on the shoulders keep a radio mic secure and accessible.
How does it compare to the Propper Quarter Zip Grid Fleece?
The job shirt is a heavier 7.7 oz fleece with mic clips, a pen pocket and canvas elbows. The Grid Fleece is a lighter stretch layer built for mobility and layering. See all Propper outerwear and job shirts.
