Is the Gen II pant fully waterproof?
It is built for sustained rain, with waterproof nylon and 100% seam taping, including the zipper areas, to prevent water penetration.
Can I put it on over boots?
Yes. The leg openings zip open and adjust with hook and loop, so it goes on over boots and fits snugly.
Is the Gen II waterproof pant flame resistant?
No. Propper makes no flame-resistance claim for it. It is not flame-resistant (FR) apparel, is not NFPA certified, and is not PPE or turnout gear.
