Use height and weight. Y-XS fits about 3'11" to 4'1" and 55–65 lbs; Y-XL fits about 4'6" to 4'8" and 75–85 lbs.
Can it grow with my child?
Yes. NRS Wetsuit Shoulder Extensions add extra length to the shoulder straps for growing kids.
Does it replace a life jacket?
No. The closed-cell neoprene supplements the flotation of the child's PFD, helping them float higher, but a properly fitted PFD is still needed.
Why are the side panels different colors?
Each size has its own color so program staff can match kids to the right size quickly.
Is the Youth Farmer Bill flame resistant or rated for firefighting?
No. The Youth Farmer Bill is a neoprene wetsuit for water rescue and paddling. It is not flame resistant, is not structural firefighting PPE and is not NFPA 1971 certified.
