Does the Stratos Shorty have latex gaskets?
No. The neck and arm openings use GlideSkin punch-through neoprene seals, which are more comfortable than latex and keep most water out.
Is the Stratos Shorty waterproof?
The HyproTex 2.5 fabric is waterproof and breathable with factory-taped seams. With short sleeves and neoprene seals it is splash and spray protection, not an immersion top.
Will it seal with my sprayskirt?
Yes. The coated nylon inner tunnel mates with your sprayskirt, and the outer neoprene waist cinches with a double-pull hook-and-loop closure.
Is the Stratos Shorty flame resistant?
No. The Stratos Shorty is water rescue and paddling gear. It is not flame resistant, is not structural firefighting PPE and is not NFPA 1971 certified, so keep it away from fire and high heat.

Use your chest measurement. A size M fits a 38–41 inch chest and an L fits 42–45 inches.
