How much of the body does the shorty cover?
It covers you from the thighs to the torso, with a short inseam of 9 inches on a size S up to 12 inches on a 2XL.
How do I choose a size?
Match height, chest, waist and hips. A size L fits 5'10" to 6'2" with a 42–45 inch chest and 39–42 inch waist.
Will the zipper stay closed?
Yes. The YKK front entry zipper has a locking top stop that prevents unintended opening.
Is a 2 mm shorty warm enough for cold water?
It is lightweight protection for chilly days or when you want a little more warmth in your core. For cold water, look at a 3 mm or 5 mm full-length suit.
Is the 2.0 Ignitor Shorty flame resistant or rated for firefighting?
No. The 2.0 Ignitor Shorty is a neoprene wetsuit for water rescue and paddling. It is not flame resistant, is not structural firefighting PPE and is not NFPA 1971 certified.
