The TacMed Oxygen Trauma Backpack (Lightning X MB60-SKC) spreads a heavy load across contoured yoke straps and an integrated waist belt, and it comes stocked with the Lightning X Deluxe Fill Kit. It is built for EMS crews who carry their gear on foot.
Features
- Modular hook and loop main compartment: place the color-coded pouches and the removable cylinder sleeve anywhere on the back panel.
- Six removable color-coded pouches: fit all six in the main hold without a cylinder, or four around a cylinder with two in the side pockets.
- Regulator access pocket: the top front pocket opens to the main compartment, so you reach the O2 regulator without unpacking the cylinder.
- 10 zippered and 8 elastic compartments: plus many elastic tool loops for organized storage.
- Contoured yoke straps and waist belt: spread the weight evenly across your body.
- Laser-cut MOLLE on the front: for quick-access tools or added MOLLE pouches.
- Reinforced bottom and TPU options: the Red version adds TPU MOLLE and a reinforced bottom; the Fluorescent Yellow TPU version is fluid resistant TPU.

Does this kit include an oxygen cylinder?
No. The bag has a removable sleeve and straps that hold a cylinder, but the Deluxe kit contents do not list an oxygen cylinder or regulator.

Can I use the backpack without an oxygen cylinder?
