- Regulator access pocket: the top front pocket opens into the main compartment so you can reach the O2 regulator without unpacking the cylinder.
- 6 color-coded removable pouches: hook and loop lets you place them anywhere on the back panel of the main compartment.
- 10 zippered and 8 elastic compartments: plus elastic tool loops, so supplies stay sorted.

What size oxygen cylinder does it hold?
A D cylinder, carried in a removable sleeve in the main compartment.
Can I use the backpack without an oxygen cylinder?
Yes. Remove the cylinder sleeve and straps and all 6 pouches fit in the main compartment. With a cylinder, arrange 4 pouches around it and put the other 2 in the side pockets. You can also pull everything out to make room for bulky items.
How is the TPU version different from the standard MB60?
It uses the same MB60 TacMed layout of pouches, compartments and laser cut MOLLE, made in fluid resistant TPU.
Does the backpack come stocked?
No. This is the backpack with its pouches and cylinder sleeve. Medical supplies and the oxygen cylinder are not included.
