A stocked oxygen trauma backpack built to carry a full ALS load. The Lightning X TacMed Oxygen Trauma Backpack (Lightning X MB60-SKD) ships with the Advanced fill kit, including an aluminum D oxygen cylinder and a 0-15 lpm regulator. Contoured yoke straps and a waist belt spread the weight, and a modular interior lets you run it with or without the cylinder. It belongs with our Lightning X EMS trauma bags for crews who carry their gear to the patient.
Features
- TPU MOLLE front and reinforced bottom: the Red version has a TPU MOLLE front and reinforced bottom; the Fluorescent Yellow TPU version is built from fluid-resistant TPU.
- Modular main compartment: a hook-and-loop back panel lets you place the six color-coded removable pouches and the removable cylinder sleeve wherever they work for you.
- Run it with or without oxygen: pull the sleeve and straps and all six pouches fit in the main compartment, or remove everything to make room for bulky items.
- Regulator access from the top: the top front pocket opens into the main compartment, so you can reach the O2 regulator without opening the main hold.
- Plenty of storage: 10 zippered compartments, 8 elastic compartments and a large number of elastic tool loops keep supplies sorted.
- Carry comfort: contoured yoke shoulder straps and an integrated waist belt spread a heavy load across your body.
- Laser-cut MOLLE loops: hold quick-access tools or attach extra MOLLE-compatible pouches.

Can I use the backpack without the oxygen cylinder?
Yes. Remove the cylinder sleeve and its straps and all six color-coded pouches fit in the main compartment. You can also remove the pouches and sleeve entirely to carry bulkier items.
