Description:
Kore Essentials 1.75" Garrison Range Belt. The garrison belt is Kore's wider, beefier ratchet belt for range days, training, law enforcement and military use, rated to carry up to 10 lbs. of gear. A hidden track gives you 40+ fit positions in 1/4" steps with no holes, and the Power-Core center keeps it stiff. Choose tactical nylon, USA-built MultiCam webbing or full grain leather. Browse all Kore garrison range belts.
Features
- 1.75" wide, 5mm thick: a wider platform for duty gear. Check your belt loops first, since many standard loops will not fit a 1.75" belt.
- Up to 10 lbs. load rating: built for outside-the-waistband (OWB) and range use. Kore does not recommend it for inside-the-waistband wear because of the width.
- Power-Core reinforced center: adds stiffness and support so the belt carries a heavy load without sagging.
- No holes, 40+ positions: the ratchet track adjusts in 1/4" steps. Pull the tail to tighten; press the lever under the buckle to loosen.
- Three strap builds: nylon outer or full grain leather outer, each with a super-fiber inner layer.
- MultiCam straps built in the USA: Kore makes its MultiCam garrison straps in the USA from US and imported materials, using US-made nylon webbing. Kore notes the buckles are made in Asia.
- Tip keeper included: keeps the stiff belt tip flat against your pants.
How to choose
- Buckle: G1 Black, G2, G2 Brass, G3 Black or G3 Gunmetal. All G Series buckles fit this 1.75" strap and work the same; pick the look. 1.5" EDC buckles and Battle buckles do not fit. See more Kore buckles.
- Color: MultiCam Black Tactical Nylon or MultiCam Tactical Nylon (USA-built straps), Black, Gray or Coyote Tactical Nylon, or Black or Brown Leather.
- Size: the size follows the material: nylon straps are Regular (24"-54") and leather straps are Regular (24"-44"). Pick by your waist with the chart below.
Sizing: measure before you cut
| Size option | Fits waist |
|---|---|
| Regular (24"-54") - tactical nylon | 24" to 54" |
| Regular (24"-44") - leather | 24" to 44" |
- Find your pant size using the ruler markings printed on the back of the belt.
- Add 4 inches to your pant size, since this belt is made to be worn with gear outside the waistband (OWB), and cut at that mark with sharp scissors. Example: a 34 inch pant size is cut at 38 inches.
- Loosen the 2 set screws on the back of the buckle with the included wrench, then push the cut end of the belt all the way into the side of the buckle with the teeth.
- Press the teeth down firmly first, then gently tighten the 2 set screws until they sit flush. Do not overtighten or strip them.
- Put the belt on, feeding it around your waist from left to right and through the buckle, and tighten until snug. The tip should reach about 3 inches past your first belt loop.
If your pant size is close to the top of the size range, do not cut. Try the belt on first, then trim.
Cut belts can't be returned or exchanged, so measure twice and cut once. See our return policy.

Questions about the Kore garrison range belt
Will a 1.75 inch belt fit my pants?
Many standard belt loops will not take a 1.75 inch belt, so measure your loops first. Uniform and tactical pants usually have wider loops. If your loops are tight, look at our 1.5 inch Kore EDC belts.
Which size do I need?
Tactical nylon garrison belts are Regular (24"-54") and leather garrison belts are Regular (24"-44"). Add 4 inches to your pant size and cut at that mark. If your result is close to the top of the range, try the belt on before cutting.
Can I use my 1.5 inch Kore buckle on this belt?
No. The garrison belt only fits G Series buckles (G1, G2 and G3). It does not work with 1.5" EDC buckles or Battle Belt buckles.
Is the Kore garrison belt flame resistant?
No. It is a nylon or leather duty and range belt, not a flame-resistant (FR) belt. It is not NFPA certified and is not PPE or turnout gear.
What warranty comes with it?
Kore backs it with a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects under normal use. Cosmetic wear, such as scratches, scuffs or fraying, is not covered. We are an authorized Kore Essentials dealer, so contact us and we will help with a claim.
