Kore Essentials 1.75" Executive Protection Hybrid Belt. A dual belt system built for executive protection, private security and specialty law enforcement. Features

• Dual belt system: the inner belt goes through your belt loops and holds your pants up; the outer belt carries your gear and attaches to the inner with hook-and-loop. Take the outer belt off and your gear stays where you put it.
• Hybrid outer belt: scuba webbing nylon for strength, with a 15" Armortek Leather tip at the front for a professional look.
• 1.75" wide, 6mm thick: Kore lists a load rating of up to 15 lbs. for IWB, OWB or appendix wear.
• Power-Core in both belts: the outer and the inner belt are both reinforced for stiffness and long life.
• Micro-adjustable fit: the patented track adjusts in 1/4" steps while you wear it. The inner belt has a flexible section that moves with the outer belt instead of a bulky hook-and-loop overlap.
• G Series buckles: works with all Kore G Series buckles, so you can change the look later.

How to choose

• Buckle: G1 Black, G2 Gunmetal, G2 Brass, G3 Black or G3 Gunmetal. All fit this 1.75" outer belt and work the same; pick the finish that goes with your suit. More in Kore buckles.
• Color: Black.
• Inner Belt: Non-Padded Inner Belt or Padded Inner Belt (+2mm). Kore says the only difference between the two is 2mm of padding. Choose padded for extra comfort under a heavier load, non-padded for the slimmest profile.
• Size: Regular (24"-48"), one size cut to fit your waist.

Sizing: measure before you cut

This is a dual belt system, so you size the outer and inner belt separately. Kore requires its own inner belt for the micro-adjust feature to work.

1. Use the included sizing tape as a cutting guide only. Do not wrap it around your waist, and always cut from the end opposite the track (outer belt) or the flex section (inner belt).
2. Outer belt: lay the tape next to it, find your pant size and cut at that mark. Example: a 36 inch pant size is cut at 36 inches.
3. Inner belt: find your pant size on the tape, subtract 1 inch and cut there. Example: a 36 inch pant size is cut at 35 inches.
4. Attach the buckle: loosen the set screws, push the cut end of the outer belt fully into the buckle, close the teeth clamp completely, then gently tighten the screws until flush. Do not force or overtighten them.
5. Run the inner belt through your belt loops, close the hook-and-loop ends and center the 4 inch flex section over your zipper. If hook-and-loop shows behind the flex section, take the belt off and trim the extra.
6. Lay the outer belt over the inner belt with the buckle at the right edge of the flex section, feed the tip through the buckle, tighten until snug and secure the tip with the tip keeper.
7. If the outer belt will not tighten enough, trim 1 inch at a time until it fits. Once the fit is right, attach the metal clip tip to the cut end of the inner belt.

If your pant size is close to the top of the size range, do not cut. Try the belt on first, then trim.
