Kore Essentials 1.75" Executive Protection Hybrid Belt [Outer Belt Only, No Buckle]

Kore Essentials 1.75" Executive Protection Hybrid Belt, outer belt only. This is the replacement or spare outer belt for Kore's dual-belt EP system, with no buckle and no inner belt. It is scuba webbing nylon with a 15" Armortek Leather front, so it passes for a dress belt under a suit jacket. Find inner belts and other straps in Kore straps, inner belts and keepers.

Features

• Hybrid outer belt: scuba webbing nylon with a 15" Armortek Leather tip; hook-and-loop on the inside to attach to the Kore inner belt.
• 1.75" wide, 6mm thick, up to 10 lbs.: Kore's load rating for this outer belt.
• Power-Core center: adds stiffness and support for a full day of wear.
• 1/4" adjustments: the hidden track lets you fine-tune the fit, as long as it is worn with a Kore inner belt.

How to choose

• Buckle: not included. This 1.75" outer belt takes Kore G Series buckles (G1, G2, G3). Shop Kore buckles.
• Size: Regular (24"-48"), one size cut to fit.

Sizing: measure before you cut

Kore's dual-belt sizing below covers both belts, since you will wear this outer belt over a Kore inner belt.

1. Use the included sizing tape as a cutting guide only. Do not wrap it around your waist, and always cut from the end opposite the track (outer belt) or the flex section (inner belt).
2. Outer belt: lay the tape next to it, find your pant size and cut at that mark. Example: a 36 inch pant size is cut at 36 inches.
3. Inner belt (sold separately): find your pant size on the tape, subtract 1 inch and cut there. Example: a 36 inch pant size is cut at 35 inches.
4. Attach the buckle: loosen the set screws, push the cut end of the outer belt fully into the buckle, close the teeth clamp completely, then gently tighten the screws until flush. Do not force or overtighten them.
5. Run the inner belt through your belt loops, close the hook-and-loop ends and center the 4 inch flex section over your zipper. If hook-and-loop shows behind the flex section, take the belt off and trim the extra.
6. Lay the outer belt over the inner belt with the buckle at the right edge of the flex section, feed the tip through the buckle, tighten until snug and secure the tip with the tip keeper.
7. If the outer belt will not tighten enough, trim 1 inch at a time until it fits. Once the fit is right, attach the metal clip tip to the cut end of the inner belt.

If your pant size is close to the top of the size range, do not cut. Try the belt on first, then trim.
