Description:
A back-entry GORE-TEX Pro dry suit with a clean, low-bulk front. The Kokatat Men's Icon GORE-TEX Pro Dry Suit (NRS item 23020.05) moves the entry zipper to the back, so there is less material across your chest when you swim, climb out of a boat or scramble along a bank. Built in Arcata, California, it suits swiftwater and flood rescue swimmers, boat crews and whitewater paddlers who need full mobility. See more water rescue dry suits.

Questions about the Icon Dry Suit
Is the Icon front-entry or back-entry?
Back-entry. The nylon waterproof zippers run across the back, which keeps the front of the suit low in bulk for better comfort and mobility. It also has a nylon front relief zipper with a protective flap.
Is the Icon Dry Suit waterproof?
Yes. The GORE-TEX Pro shell is waterproof and breathable, the socks are GORE-TEX Pro, and every Kokatat suit is 100% fill tested and guaranteed to be dry.
Is it USCG approved or NFPA certified?
Kokatat and NRS do not list a USCG approval or an NFPA standard for it. It is a dry garment, not a flotation device, so wear it with a PFD.
What size and colors is it offered in?
Black or Olive, in 2XL only, because that is the only size NRS has for this model. The 2XL matches the XXL row on the Kokatat chart: 6'0–6'6" tall, 220–260 lbs, 48–52" chest, 41–45" waist and 32–33" inseam.
Is the Icon Dry Suit flame resistant?
No. It is water rescue and paddling gear. It is not flame resistant, is not structural firefighting PPE and is not NFPA 1971 certified, so keep it away from fire and high heat.
