Yes. Hydrus 3.0 is a waterproof, windproof and breathable 3-layer, 70 denier multi-ply nylon with factory-sealed seams and a DWR finish.
Does the Tempest Dry Pant have socks or ankle gaskets?
It has built-in fabric socks with gravel guards over them and adjustable hook-and-loop ankle closures. It does not have latex ankle gaskets.
How does the waist seal?
A wide neoprene waistband closes with double-pull hook-and-loop tabs for secure coverage. For the driest setup, pair it with a dry top.
What size is it offered in?

Is the Tempest Dry Pant flame resistant?
No. It is water rescue and paddling gear. It is not flame resistant, is not structural firefighting PPE and is not NFPA 1971 certified, so keep it away from fire and high heat.
