Questions about the Tenacious Tape
How big is the strip?
One strip of 60 square inches: 20" x 3" (50 cm x 7.5 cm). Cut it to the size and shape you need.
Will it leave residue if I remove it?
Not if you remove it within 72 hours. Tenacious Tape is made to come off without a sticky residue in that window.
Can I wash the gear after a repair?
Yes. Wait 24 hours after applying it and it becomes machine washable.
Is it waterproof?
NRS and Gear Aid describe it as weatherproof. It seals leaking seams and holds up outdoors, but for a permanent repair on a dry suit seam, ask us about a urethane adhesive.
