How does the women's fit differ from the men's?

Is it waterproof?
The shell is waterproof, breathable and fully taped. The softshell is water and wind resistant, so wear the shell in the rain.
Is the Women's Tactix 3-In-1 System Jacket flame resistant?
No. First Tactical makes no flame-resistance or NFPA claim for it. It is not flame-resistant (FR) apparel and is not PPE or turnout gear.
