Description:
A rigid, lightweight handcuff that gives you a natural tactical grip. The ASP Rigid Plus Cuffs (ASP 56050) use a unibody frame to limit a subject's movement. The frame is contoured for a natural tactical grip for fast application, and to help keep control after the cuffs are on. This listing has steel bows on a forged aluminum frame. Made in the USA.
Features
- Forged 7075 T6 aluminum frame: rigid and strong yet lightweight, and forging avoids the rough edges of stamped parts.
- Conical flat contact bow: fits a wide range of wrists and makes application faster and more accurate; the bows are highly radiused.
- Dual-sided, single-turn keyways: keyways and double lock slots on both sides, and the key turns one direction to release the lock or double lock.
- Colored double lock indicators: show lock status at a glance.
- Replaceable lock sets: unitized so they can be field-serviced or swapped to suit agency preference; they also resist shimming.
- Transport Kit channel: the channel in the middle of the frame is compatible with ASP's Transport Kit, sold separately.
