Description:
A 15-foot raft built for maximum load and big paddle crews. The STAR Outlaw 150 Self-Bailing Raft (NRS item 86228.02) has a shape designed for big-water stability and can carry gear for 2-4 people on a multi-day trip, or up to 11 paddlers with a third thwart. Guide services, outfitters and river teams get a durable heavy hauler with a stable drop-stitch floor. See all of our rescue boats and boards.
Features
- 22 inch tubes and a 7 ft 3 inch width: give the Outlaw 150 big-water stability and room for heavy loads.
- 4 inch drop-stitch floor bladder: adds stability and sits in a protective pocket of 4000 denier PVC on the bottom and 2000 denier PVC on top, with zippered access hidden under the stern thwart.
- Super heavy-duty PVC tube and floor material: stands up to hard use, with frame wear patches on the tube tops and extra material on the bottoms of the side tubes.
- Three main-tube air chambers: keep the boat afloat in the event of an accident.
- 12 stainless steel 2 inch D-rings: give plenty of tie-down points for a frame and gear, and four handles make carrying it to the water easy.
- Leafield valves: for easy inflation and deflation of the tubes, thwarts and floor.
- BAT thwart system: the Batten Attachment Thwart system lets you add or remove thwarts for a paddle crew or a rowing frame.

Questions about the STAR Outlaw 150 raft
How many people does the STAR Outlaw 150 carry?
Add a third thwart to raise the paddler capacity to 11, or remove all the thwarts and add a frame to haul gear for 2-4 people on a multi-day trip.
How does the drop-stitch floor work?
A 4 inch thick drop-stitch bladder sits inside a protective pocket in the self-bailing floor, with zippered access under the stern thwart. A high-pressure pump is recommended to bring the drop-stitch floor to full rigidity for the best performance.
What frame fits the STAR Outlaw 150?
The spec table lists a 66" suggested NRS frame width and a maximum frame length of 94", with a 43" center compartment.
What is the warranty on the STAR Outlaw 150?

Is the STAR Outlaw 150 flame resistant?
No. The STAR Outlaw 150 is a whitewater raft. It is not flame resistant and is not rated for fire or high-heat use, so keep it away from open flame and hot surfaces.
