Description:
Duty pants made for calls that get messy. The Rothco Tactical Duty Pants (Rothco 4665) are cut from poly/cotton rip-stop with a stain-resistant finish that repels bodily fluids, which makes them a practical pick for EMTs and first responders. An expandable waistband, extra-wide belt loops and eight utility pockets keep you moving and carrying what the shift needs.
Features
- Poly/cotton rip-stop fabric: resists tears and holds up to demanding daily wear.
- Stain-resistant finish: helps repel bodily fluids, a real advantage on EMS and patient-care calls.
- Expandable waistband: gives you room to bend, kneel and climb without the waist digging in.
- Extra-wide belt loops: sized to carry a duty belt.
- Eight utility pockets: for duty gear, gloves, shears and everyday essentials.
- Knee pad insert slits: let you slide in pads for extra protection when you kneel.
- Reinforced knees and seat: add durability where duty pants wear out first.

Questions about the tactical duty pants
Are the Rothco Tactical Duty Pants flame resistant?
No. They are not flame-resistant (FR) apparel, are not NFPA certified and are not PPE or turnout gear. Wear them for duty, station or off-duty use, not for fire exposure.
What does stain resistant mean on these pants?
The rip-stop fabric has a stain-resistant finish that helps repel bodily fluids, which is why these pants are aimed at EMTs and first responders. It makes cleanup easier after a call; it is not a fluid barrier or protective garment.
Will they hold a duty belt?
Yes. The belt loops are extra wide so a duty belt fits, and the expandable waistband adds comfort when you are wearing a loaded belt all shift.
What inseam do they come in?
Every waist size we carry, 30 through 44, comes with a 32 inch inseam.
Do they come with knee pads?
No. The knees have insert slits so you can add knee pads, which are sold separately.
