The Rothco Rip-Stop BDU Pants (Rothco 5821) are made of cotton rip-stop that breathes and stays light while standing up to field work, law enforcement duties and outdoor use. A reinforced seat and knees, double-stitched seams and six cargo-style pockets make them a dependable work and duty pant.

Are the Rip-Stop BDU Pants flame resistant?
No. They are not flame-resistant (FR) apparel, are not NFPA certified and are not PPE or turnout gear. Wear them for duty, station or off-duty use, not for fire exposure.
What is the difference between these and the SWAT Cloth BDU Pants?
These are made of cotton rip-stop, which is breathable and light. The Rothco SWAT Cloth BDU Pants use polyester/cotton rip-stop and come in Black and Midnight Navy Blue. Pocket layout and fit features are the same.
Do they come in Short and Long lengths?
Yes. Short is offered in XS through XL and Long in S through XL, in addition to regular lengths from XS to 5XL.
How do I adjust the fit?
Use the adjustable waist tabs at the waist and the drawstring ankle ties at the cuff to close the leg over boots.
