The 27/P flight suit design in a lighter, non-FR twill. The Propper Men's Poly Cotton Twill 27/P Flyers Coverall (Style F5118) is sewn to the same design as Propper's Nomex flight suit, with the same features and details, for aircrew and maintenance staff who do not require full FR protection. It also works as a law enforcement or public safety uniform coverall.

- Sewn to spec YACL-WP PD 99-01 R: built with quality fabric, trims and thread using a non-FR twill.
- 5.2 oz 65% polyester / 35% cotton twill: durable yet lightweight, colorfast, and wrinkle and shrink resistant.
- Six primary zipper pockets: plus a left shoulder hook and loop pocket and a left inner thigh knife pocket with cording.
- Zippered leg openings: make the coverall easier to put on and take off and let it be worn untucked over flight boots.
- Pleated bi-swing back: for easier upper-body movement.
- Hook and loop adjustable waist belt: to tune the fit at the waist.
- Alpha sizing: keeps size selection simple with a generous fit.
Colors and sizes
Available in Air Force Tan, Black, Dark Navy and Freedom Green. Sizes run XS through 3XL, each in Regular (R) or Long (L) inseam. Black and Dark Navy are commercial pilot coverall colors.

Is the Poly Cotton 27/P coverall flame resistant?
No. It is made from a non-FR polyester/cotton twill for operations where staff do not require full FR protection. It is not flame-resistant (FR) apparel and is not PPE. Propper's Nomex flight suit (style F5115) is the FR version of this design.
How does it compare to the Propper Nomex flight suit?
It is sewn to the same design as the Nomex suit (F5115) with the same features and details. The difference is the fabric: this suit uses 5.2 oz 65/35 poly/cotton twill instead of FR Nomex.
