A military-spec Nomex® flight suit that keeps you protected without weighing you down. The Propper® Men's CWU 27/P Nomex® Flight Suit (Style F5115) is built to military specification YACL-WP PD 99-01 R, as worn by U.S. flight crews. It is made with flame-resistant, non-melting Nomex® fabric and adds a two-way zipper, six primary pockets, an adjustable waist belt and a bi-swing back. Made for air crews and other aviation personnel.

Is the Propper CWU 27/P flight suit flame resistant?
Yes. It is made with flame-resistant, non-melting Nomex® fabric (92% Nomex® meta-aramid, 5% Kevlar® para-aramid, 3% conductive fibers) and built to military specification YACL-WP PD 99-01 R. Propper does not list an NFPA certification for it, and it is a flight suit, not structural firefighting turnout gear.
Is it NIR compliant?
Every color except Black is NIR compliant. Choose Air Force Tan or Freedom Green if you need NIR compliance.
How is the flight suit sized?
