Is the Propper FR baselayer flame resistant?
Yes. It is made of inherent flame-resistant fabric that will not wash out, meets ASTM F1506 and carries a PPE Category 1 arc rating (ATPV) of 6.0 cal/cm². Propper does not list an NFPA certification, so it is a base layer for under protective workwear, not turnout gear or a substitute for PPE.
