Yes. The FT05 has dual waterproof membranes and a bellow tongue that resists water penetration.
Does the FT05 have a steel or composite toe?
Steel. It is certified to ASTM F2413-24 I C SD100 PR SR, with impact and compression toe protection, puncture resistance and slip resistance.
Is the FT05 insulated?

Is the FT05 rated for electrical hazard (EH)?
No. Its ASTM marking is SD100, which means static dissipative, not EH. SD footwear helps bleed off static charge; it is not designed to insulate you from live electrical circuits.
