Yes. It is waterproof and breathable HyproTex 2.5 with factory-taped seams. It has hook-and-loop ankle closures, not latex gaskets or socks, so it is a splash pant rather than a dry pant.
What is the inseam?
The pants inseam runs from 31.5 inches on XS to 35 inches on 2XL; a size L is 33.5 inches.
Will it fit over other layers?
Yes. It is designed to slip on over insulating layers without restricting movement.
How do I choose a size?
