How many gaskets come in the kit?
Two latex wrist gaskets, enough to replace both wrists on one dry suit or dry top, along with the adhesive, accelerator, brush, sandpaper and instructions.
How do I choose a gasket size?
Use the wrist gasket circumference column: S is 6", M is 6–7" and L is 6.5–8". If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.
Are these the same gaskets that come on NRS dry suits?
Yes. NRS supplies the same original-equipment latex wrist gaskets it uses on its own garments.
How long does the kit keep on the shelf?
The Cotol cure accelerator has a two-year shelf life. The Aquaseal adhesive has an unlimited shelf life until it is opened.
Is the wrist gasket repair kit flame resistant?
No. It is a dry suit repair kit. It is not flame resistant, is not structural firefighting PPE and is not NFPA 1971 certified, and it is not rated for fire or high-heat use.
