A waist-worn tow system for touring paddlers. The NRS Kayak Tow Line (NRS item 50002.02) lets you help a tired or unstable paddler reach shore or tow a capsized kayaker away from danger before re-entry. Worn around the waist, it suits sea kayak guides, flatwater safety boaters and lifeguard paddle crews. Note that NRS says it is not intended for use on whitewater rivers. - 500-denier Cordura bag: stows the tow line, with two pockets, reflective tape and a mesh bottom for drainage.
- Floating yellow polypropylene rope: 50 feet, with a foam float near the clip.
- NRS Sliq Straight Gate Carabiner included: hot-forged aluminum alloy in an asymmetrical D shape with a large gate opening.
- 24 inch shock-absorbing bungee: stainless steel rings at both ends ease towing in rough seas.

Can I use the NRS Kayak Tow Line on whitewater?
No. NRS states it is not intended for use on whitewater rivers. For whitewater, choose a rescue throw bag.
