Questions about the Blast Inflator Pump
How much pressure does the Blast reach?
It inflates to 1.5 psi. For many inflatable craft you will still want a hand pump to top off to full pressure and to carry on the water.
How does it connect to power?
Electrical clamps attach to your vehicle battery, and the 12 ft power cord lets you inflate the boat near the vehicle.
Why is there a small hole in the nozzle?
It is there on purpose. It prevents back pressure from building up, which could make the pump overheat.
Does it deflate boats?
No. The Blast is an inflate-only pump.
Is the Blast Inflator Pump flame resistant?
No. The Blast Inflator Pump is an electric inflation pump. It is not flame resistant and is not rated for fire or high-heat use.
