Is the LION Defender NFPA certified for structural firefighting?
Yes. It is an NFPA-certified structural firefighting glove. The standard and edition it is certified to are printed on the glove's label.
How do I pick a size?
Measure around your palm at the knuckles and from the base of your palm to the tip of your middle finger, then compare with LION's glove size chart. Between sizes, most firefighters go up one for liner room.
What is the difference between Regular and Cadet?
This model comes in adult sizing only.
How should I clean these gloves?
Follow the care label: hand wash in lukewarm water with a mild detergent, rinse well, and air dry away from heat and direct sun. Never machine dry leather fire gloves.
