Kore Essentials USA Made Ranch Full Grain Leather EDC Belt 1.5"

An extra-thick leather ratchet belt, assembled in the USA. The Kore Essentials Ranch belt is 8mm full grain leather with a double reinforced core, made for people who want a western look and a belt that stays stiff under a full day's load. It sits with our Kore EDC belts and pairs only with Kore R Series buckles.

• R Series buckles only: Ranch belts take only Kore R Series buckles; they do not work with X Series buckles. Spare R Series buckles are in Kore buckles.

How to choose

• Buckle: R1 is a clean ranch-style buckle; Bull Skull adds a steer skull design. Each comes in Antique Silver or Antique Brass. All four fit the Ranch strap the same way.
• Color: Black, Tan or Brown full grain leather.
• Size: one size, Regular (24"-44"), cut to fit. See the steps below.

Sizing: measure before you cut

1. Find your pant size using the ruler marks printed on the back of the belt.
2. Add for how you wear it. Add 4 inches to your pant size if you wear your gear outside the waistband (OWB), or 6 inches if you wear it inside the waistband (IWB). Example: a 34 inch pant size means cutting at the 38 inch mark for OWB or the 40 inch mark for IWB. Cut cleanly with sharp scissors.
3. Attach the buckle. Back out the 2 set screws on the back of the buckle with the included wrench, then push the cut end all the way into the toothed side of the buckle.
4. Lock it in. Clamp the teeth down firmly first, then snug the set screws until they sit flush. Do not tighten the screws before the teeth are closed, and do not overtighten them.
5. Check the fit. Thread the belt left to right through your loops and the buckle and ratchet it snug. The tip should reach about 3 inches past your first belt loop.

If your pant size is close to the top of the size range, do not cut. Try the belt on first, then trim.

What's included

Your chosen R Series buckle, the 1.5" thick (8mm) reinforced full grain leather Ranch belt strap, a hex wrench and set screws. A tip keeper is not included with leather belts. The buckle attaches in a few minutes with the included wrench after you cut the strap.
