Kore Essentials Commander Ballistic Sunglasses

Kore Essentials Commander Ballistic Sunglasses. Ballistic-rated sunglasses for the range, the job and everyday wear, certified to MIL-PRF 32432A Class 1 for both lenses and frame. They come with three sets of lenses and magnets in the arms that let you fold and lock them to your shirt or gear. See more Kore watches, wallets, sunglasses and gear.

Features

• MIL-PRF 32432A Class 1 ballistic rating: an independent U.S. lab tested the lenses and frame with small T37-shaped projectiles at 700 ft/sec, a 1/4" steel ball at 150 ft/sec and a 17 oz pointed weight dropped from 50". Kore reports they did not break or penetrate.
• Polarized smoke-gray lenses: the polarizer is fused to the lens core for glare reduction, with UVA/UVB protection and scratch-resistant, smudge-resistant, anti-reflective coatings. Kore lists light transmission at 11.5.
• Clear and amber lenses included: swap for low light or indoor work.
• Smart magnets in the arms: fold and lock the glasses to a shirt, jacket or gear so they do not fall. Kore says the patented magnets direct the field outward, away from your head.
• DuPont hybrid thermoplastic frame: durable, flexible and light, with heavy-duty hinges. Sized for large to XL heads.
