Questions about the 5 Point Class 3 Breakaway Vest
What ANSI class is the 5 Point Class 3 Breakaway Vest?
It is ANSI/ISEA 107-2020 Class 3 compliant, the highest visibility class for roadway and high-traffic work zones.
How does the breakaway work?
Velcro® closures at the shoulders, sleeves, side seams and front let the vest separate quickly if it catches on equipment or a moving vehicle, which helps prevent snag hazards.
Is the 5 Point Class 3 Breakaway Vest flame resistant?
No. The 5 Point Class 3 Breakaway Vest is a polyester high-visibility safety vest. It is not flame-resistant (FR) apparel, is not NFPA certified and is not PPE or turnout gear. Do not wear it where flame or arc protection is required.
How does it compare to the Game I-684 5 Point Breakaway Mesh Vest?
Both have 5-point Velcro® breakaway systems and polyester mesh. This vest is rated Class 3. The I-684 is a Class 2 vest that adds 3M® reflective tape, a dielectric zipper, a radio pocket and pen holders. See more Game Sportswear outerwear and job shirts.
