Questions about the Job Vest
Is the Job Vest flame resistant?
No. It is not flame-resistant (FR) apparel, is not NFPA certified, and is not PPE or turnout gear. Wear it for station duty, cold-weather work and off-duty use, never for fire suppression.
How does the Job Vest fit?
It has a modern slim fit with an open bottom. If you plan to wear it over a heavy layer, consider going up a size. Sizes run S through 5XL.
How does it compare with a Game job shirt?
It uses the same kind of 12 oz 80/20 super-weight fleece as Game job shirts, with a full zip, shoulder mic clips and a canvas radio holder, but no sleeves. Choose a Game job shirt if you want sleeves and more warmth.
Is it good in wet weather?
The water-repellent finish helps shed light rain and moisture. It is a fleece vest, not a rain layer.
