What cut rating does the Slash & Flash glove have?
The Kevlar lined palm is certified to Cut Resistance Level II. The index fingertip does not have Kevlar, which keeps it touchscreen friendly, so that spot is not cut resistant.
Is the Slash & Flash glove flame resistant?
The back uses a flame-resistant Nomex jersey with a flame-resistant silicone overprint. First Tactical does not list an NFPA certification, so it is a tactical glove, not a structural firefighting glove or turnout PPE.
How is it different from the Pro Knuckle Glove?
Both have hard TPR knuckle protection. The Slash & Flash adds a Level II cut-resistant Kevlar lined palm and a flame-resistant Nomex jersey. The Pro Knuckle Glove (150007) has no cut or flame rating.
Can I wash it?
Yes. The goatskin palm is machine washable.
