Description:
Practice real cuffing without waiting on a key. The ASP Training Plus Cuffs, Hinge (ASP 07441) are built like standard Plus Cuffs but have a lock set that releases under back pressure. Trainees open them with a roll of the wrists, so scenario training moves faster and stays safer.
Features
- Keyless release under back pressure: a special lock set disengages when the subject rolls their wrists, so the cuffs open without a key.
- Same build as Plus Cuffs: identical design, materials and construction to ASP standard Plus Cuffs.
- Keyless double locking: press the color-indicated double lock bar with a fingertip. A key is only needed to open the cuffs if they were double locked.
- Forged aluminum frame: 7075 T6 ordnance-grade aluminum, rigid and light, with smooth rounded edges.
- Conical, flat contact bow: fits a wide range of wrists and speeds application.
- Replaceable lock sets: the lock assemblies are unitized and can be serviced in the field.
- Hinge style, red: listed by ASP as red training cuffs.
Chain or hinge
This listing is the hinge model. The chain version is a separate listing in our handcuffs and restraints.
Questions about the Training Plus Cuffs

How does the double lock work?
