Keep your Phenix helmet in service with genuine parts. This category has the Phenix ratchet suspension and nape strap suspension liners, a ratchet retro fit kit with suede cover, the TL2 Deluxe Leather Comfort Package and a crown pad only option, a suede ratchet cover for the First Due, and an impact cap.

For eye protection and add-ons there is a 4.5 inch tinted face shield for the First Due, a standard face shield attachment kit, a standard goggle attachment kit, and the Technology ID bracket for shields 6 inches or taller. Front panels use adhesive magnetic base panels with interchangeable outer magnet panels. You will also find brim trim, a rear brim D-ring, a leather Cali-style chinstrap with quick-release buckle, and a firefighter LED flashlight and helmet mount combo.

How to choose

  • Suspension: The ratchet liner adjusts with a knob at the back. The nape strap liner sets once with a hook-and-loop strap; earlaps are not included.
  • Comfort: The Deluxe Leather Comfort Package adds a leather comfort pad and crown cap, plus a ratchet cover on the ratchet version.
  • Panels: Base panels adhere to the helmet. Outer panels are 3-1/2 x 2-1/4 inch, black or white, and sold as a pair.

Phenix Parts FAQ

Will adding goggles make my OSHA helmet NFPA compliant?

No. Phenix says all required NFPA parts must be ordered with the helmet from the factory, so goggles or a face shield added later do not make an OSHA helmet NFPA compliant.

When do I need the Technology ID bracket?

It is needed when you attach a face shield 6 inches or taller to any Phenix helmet. It comes with screws, nuts, bolts, the bracket and an adhesive strip.

Are replacement parts covered by warranty?

Phenix covers wear parts such as suspensions, face shields, goggles and chinstraps for one year when bought from an authorized dealer. The Public Safety Store is an authorized Phenix dealer. Need help? Contact us.
