Description:
A discreet last-resort defensive tool for firearm retention. The ASP PDK Push Knife (ASP 55745) is made first as a last-resort defensive tool, mainly for firearm retention. It is usually carried on the support side and brought out with the non-dominant hand, so the strong hand stays free to control the handgun. It also cuts seatbelts, opens boxes and handles similar utility tasks.
Features
- 2.25 inch single-edge blade: a Shark Fin spine contour; the single edge allows safe utility cutting as well as puncturing.
- AUS-8 steel with black PVD: holds an edge and is easy to maintain; the non-reflective finish does not draw attention on a belt or vest.
- T-handle: gives positive retention and control with simple gross motor skills.
- Grooved wing: the underside of one wing is grooved, so when the groove is up the blade faces down.
- Custom polymer sheath: molded-in retention and a removable spring steel clip for belts or web gear up to 2 inches wide.
- Carry options: 1.25 inch slots for thinner belts or webbing, and four grommeted holes for a lanyard or ball chain (not included).
G or S?
The G (Gripped) version has textured polymer overmolding that fully encapsulates the handle for extra grip. The S (Skeletonized) version keeps bulk and weight to a minimum.
