Description:
A reversible rain parka built for officers and first responders working in the weather. The Rothco Reversible Reflective Rain Parka (Rothco 3889) carries 2 inch reflective striping at the chest, biceps, harness area, lower waist, cuffs and over the shoulders, so you stay visible in low light. It suits traffic control, scene work and patrol in the rain.
